Eva Schulz (27) ist Reporterin und Moderatorin. Sie experimentiert besonders gern mit Social Media und Apps und probiert aus, wie man auf Twitter, Snapchat und co. Geschichten erzählen und Wissen vermitteln kann. Eva ist die Frontfrau von „Deutschland3000“ (funk / rbb), einem Facebook-Format, das politische Themen aus der Perspektive von Millenials betrachtet. Zuvor hat sie für funk bereits den Snapchat-Kanal „Hochkant“ mit konzipiert, auf dem tagesaktuelle Nachrichten für junge User aufbereitet werden. Schulz schrieb Kolumnen für Jetzt.de und Zeit Campus, entwickelte die erste deutsche Ausgabe von Wired mit und war für das junge TV-Magazin „Klub Konkret“ (EinsPlus / ARD) als Reporterin unterwegs. Danach verbrachte sie ein halbes Jahr als Trialogue of Cultures Fellow in Jerusalem und Tel Aviv.

Sie hat Kommunikation, Kultur und Wirtschaft an der Zeppelin Universität studiert und ihre Abschlussarbeit über Innovationsverhinderung im öffentlich-rechtlichen Fernsehen geschrieben (tl;dr: It’s a mess.). Nach einem Forschungsaufenthalt als Media Fellow an der Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, studierte sie ein Masterprogramm in Urban Studies und reiste dafür zwei Semester lang durch Europa. Kürzlich wurde sie vom Medium Magazin als Unterhaltungsjournalistin des Jahres 2017 ausgezeichnet.

Eva Schulz (27) is a reporter and host. She loves to experiment with social media and apps and tries her hand at  telling stories and imparting knowledge via Twitter, Snapchat and others. Eva is the frontwoman at “Deutschland3000” (funk / rbb), a Facebook format contemplating political topics from the perspective of millenials. Previously, she devised the concept for funk’s Snapchat channel “Hochkant” (“Portrait”), which prepares daily news for young users. Schulz has written columns for Jetzt.de and Zeit Campus, developed the first German edition of Wired and was on the road as a reporter for the young TV magazine “Klub Konkret” (EinsPlus / ARD). After that, she spent half a year in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv as a Trialogue of Cultures Fellow.

She studied communication, culture and economics at Zeppelin Universität and wrote her thesis on the inhibition of innovation in public state broadcasting (tl;dr: It’s a mess.). After a Media Fellow research residence at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, she pursued a master's course in urban studies, during the course of which she travelled across Europe for two semesters. Recently, she was given the award for entertainment journalist of the year 2017 by Medium Magazin.
